Your registration will be acknowledged by E-mail with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. All bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment.Your letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the symposium, up-to-date information and final program will also be on the Website.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the IST2001 Secretariat. This includes cancellation of any registration fees, hotel accommodation, social functions, day tours and pre or post symposium tours.

ENTRANCE TO SYMPOSIUM
Each member of the symposium will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass to all sessions and or social functions.
LETTER OF INVITATION
A letter of invitation to participate in the symposium will be sent out, on request, to registered international delegate with his or her confirmation letter.
Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds and does not imply any commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration.
